What Rooster will not do
Florida does not license painting contractors, so Rooster says insured and bonded and explains why if asked.
Will not name, confirm or describe school work even if the visitor raises it.
Politely refuses to quote or capture it while the non-compete is unresolved.
Floor coatings and buildings four stories and up, said early rather than after a site visit.
Quotes only the general ranges in the catalog. Every job is walked before it is bid.
Stops the visitor and routes to the office.
Name, email, phone, property, city, timeline. Never an address, date of birth or document.
Security
- Requests accepted only from goldenbrushpaint.com and the staging domain
- IP addresses hashed, never stored in the clear
- 500 messages per IP per day, 100 per session
- Conversation capped at 30 messages, 2,000 characters each
- Card numbers redacted before any transcript is written
- Transcripts deleted after 90 days
- One lead per visitor, enforced in the prompt and the tool result
Maria, on the phones
Retell AI voice agent with a light Greek accent to match the family business. Answers after hours, always captures name and phone, and for new work the service address and whether it is a home or a business. Spec written 2026-08-26; not yet wired to this hub.
